Kristaps Porzingis scores 30, seals win at MSG in Celtics debut

It was a night of celebration for both Kristaps Porzingis and the Boston Celtics. In his Celtics debut, Porzingis scored 30 points to help the team seal a win at Madison Square Garden, the former home of his former team, the New York Knicks.

The game was close throughout, with neither team leading by more than 10 points at any point. But Porzingis took over in the fourth quarter, scoring 12 points and grabbing 7 rebounds to help the Celtics pull away.

Porzingis' performance was particularly impressive considering that he had not played in a game since February due to a torn ACL. He looked like he had never left, however, shooting 11-of-17 from the field and 6-of-9 from three-point range.

"I'm just happy to be back on the court," Porzingis said after the game. "It's been a long road, but I'm finally back to where I belong."

Porzingis' Celtics teammates were also impressed with his performance.

"He's a special player," said Jayson Tatum. "He can do a lot of things on the court. He can score, rebound, and defend. He's a big asset to our team."

The Celtics are now 2-0 on the season, and they are looking like one of the favorites to win the NBA championship. Porzingis' addition to the team makes them even more dangerous, and he could be the key to them winning it all.
